We have 4 bedrooms, 2 on the floor of the living area and two on the upper floor, a bit in the style of "mountain chalets" and served by services on the floor. A beautiful eat-in kitchen, with fireplace, double living room also with important fireplace, bright and well divided between dining area and relaxation area, which is accessed via a wooden staircase with an unexpected entrance given the scenic effect of the high ceiling and exposed beams.
On the lower floor there are the ancillary rooms: an additional kitchen also habitable, two convenient bathrooms, billiard room, jolly room. From this level we can easily access a terraced area of about 150 square meters, which can be used to organize events or to enjoy the sun. The green area is 5,138 square meters, divided into a small garden area close to the house and a large plot of land that extends towards the valley from which it is possible to admire the entire panorama.
Due to the conformation and size of the property, one could also think of a settlement of accommodation activity, family agricultural co-housing, recreational center or other.
For supplies we are only a 10-minute drive from the village of Santa Maria della Versa and we can get there comfortably without having to make too many curves. For those who love trips to the characteristic villages, the well-known village of Golferenzo (proclaimed one of the most beautiful in Italy) can be reached in 5 minutes, the entrance to the motorway is 22 minutes away, 77 km from the centre of Milan.
